uses a sketchy brush and mostly-flat colors with some situational highlights. messy linework and not overly rendered. style strongest when implemented mainly as a character-focused illustration.

this style is much more detail oriented than tier 1. uses situational lightning, includes a background(no extra complexity cost if it is my own artistic freedom), and more detailed rendering. Usually has more emphasis on the overall composition rather than just a character illustration.
